The App operates offline and does not require registration or an Internet connection.
Step counts are provided by Apple’s system frameworks and may be inaccurate or unavailable depending on device conditions and permissions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your exported history. The developer is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the App.
4. Health Disclaimer
The App is not a medical device and is not intended for medical or diagnostic purposes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:
- Violating applicable laws or regulations;
- Attempting to disrupt the functionality of the App or bypass its protections.
6. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. The developer may modify or discontinue the App at any time, without prior notice.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Spain.
